Client Stories

Pam Whitnack has a proven track record of delivering exceptional service to clients. Her previous clients have consistently praised her professionalism, expertise, and dedication to their needs. From start to finish, Pam is committed to providing the highest level of service and ensuring clients are completely satisfied with the results.

“I would like to give Pam Whitnack my highest recommendation both as an executive coach and mentor. In her role as executive coach, Pam worked with me in individual sessions, and also provided education sessions and coaching to my team. Pam has amazing experience and depth as a health care leader, and brings that wisdom and thinking to the coaching experience. She does not “tell” but asks questions in a way that encourages me to actively think through issues, and come to my own solutions and action plan. Along the way, she has recommended a variety of very useful resources that have supported my self-directed learning plan and goals. In reflecting back over the last year, I can see clearly where I have grown and developed my skills as a senior leader, and also how that has helped me to develop skills and encourage growth in my team. Pam showed not only content expertise, but shared unique insights and exhibited a sincere passion for her work, as well as respect and integrity for the individuals and groups she worked with.”

"Pam has been a terrific coach and role model for me. She has a tremendous understanding of large public sector organizations and is able to relate to the challenges I face in my role. Her extensive experience in senior leadership positions in health care, her financial and management training and her ability to understand issues quickly and provide appropriate comments make her an excellent support for Leaders."

“I worked with Pam Whitnack as my coach for approximately six months.  This was an experience that benefited me both professionally and personally.  Pam is wonderful to work with – she is understanding, compassionate and caring, yet at the same time she can be tough.  I felt safe talking to Pam about anything and did not feel that she was judging me, or thinking that I was foolish.  Pam has a wealth of business and life experience and she shared many of her own stories, which I found added value to our discussions.  Through Pam I was able to look at situations and issues in different ways.  This does not come easily however and will require continued practice and discipline.  Pam helped me in many ways to move from ‘victim’ thinking to ‘leader’ thinking and made me think about how I could add more value to the organization.   Going into this I had no idea what to expect, or if it was really something I needed do. Now I think that it was one of the best decisions that I have ever made.  Thank you Pam.”
