Pam Whitnack
Bio
With over 30 years of experience, I have held diverse roles in various industries, from front line to executive positions. As a former CEO and Senior Leader, and a Professional Certified Coach, I have had privilege of coaching leaders for the past 12 years. My educational background includes training as a Medical Laboratory Technologist, a Chartered Professional Accountant, and a Master of Business Administration Degree. In my career, I have been involved in periods of restructuring and change, leading to quality improvement, efficiency, and cost savings. Notably, I served as an executive vice president with a provincial health authority, employing more than 100,000 staff and physicians.
Throughout my journey, I had the privilege of collaborating with exceptional individuals with diverse backgrounds and skills. As a coach, I have provided guidance to clients at different leadership levels, ranging from managers and directors to vice presidents, chief operating officers, chief nursing officers, and senior physicians. My expertise extends to working with board members, government agencies, and serving as a board member for non-profit organizations.

I believe that every person deserves to reach their full potential. throughout my career I was able to pursue many exciting opportunities yet upon reflection, I realize how much value a coach would have provided: someone to ask me insightful questions, help me look at things from other perspectives, hold me accountable and help me become a better leader.
